During the last 25 years the International conferences on lyotropic liquid crystals as well as Chistyakov’s readings are regularly held at the Ivanovo State University. The interest to nanomaterials and nanotechnologies has significantly encouraged attention to liquid crystals, making it necessary to generalize the last year’s achievements in theory and practical application of the advanced nanomaterials.

- Micellar and disperse systems
- Lyotropic mesomorphism of low-molecular systems and polymers
- Lyotropic liquid crystals in biological systems
- Synthesis, structure and properties of thermotropic mesogens
- Theory of lyotropic and thermotropic mesomorphism
- Application of liquid crystals, compositional- and nanomaterials
The program of the conference will include:
- Plenary Lectures (max 30 minutes)
- Section Reports (max 15 minutes)
- Posters Session (90 cm × 60 cm)
The working languages are: Russian and English.
