			        | AbstractThe aggregation properties of hydrophobic mono- and biscationic derivatives of 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane have been investigated by tensiometry, conductometry, potentiometry, and light scattering methods. The critical micelle formation concentrations and radii of the aggregates were determined. The kinetics of the reaction of phosphorus acid esters nucleophylic substitution in the solutions of the studied surfactants was investigated by spectrophotometry and NMR 31P spectroscopy methods. The influence of the surfactant head group structure on the aggregation and catalytic properties of the system was shown.
