Submitting a Paper to the journal "Liquid Crystals and their Application"

The journal accepts reviews, articles and brief communications concerning original experimental and theoretical studies in liquid crystals field, including their synthesis, structure, properties and practical application, along with liquid crystals’ composition materials and nanomaterials.

The articles are published under such conditions:
- after the review;
- with the necessary for publication in public media permissions of organizations and publishers (if images etc. from other publications are included into the article), copies of which are attached to the article);
- with a cover letter reflecting the originality of the article and guaranteeing that the article is not to be published anywhere else;
- on conditions that all co-authors give consents for article publication with personal signatures confirming the full liability of article content (violation of the publication ethics statement by authors is not permitted) and the acceptance of requirements of the journal editorial board.
Material for the journal should have the following order. On the first page – title of the article, full name of the authors, name of the organization, e-mail of the author (for correspondence), abstract and keywords. Аbstract content must reflect the structure of the article.
All this information should be given in English. The structure of the article should include Introduction, Experimental part, Results and discussions, Conclusion, References.
For references, it is obligatory to give the full name of the authors, the title and imprint.
Authors should include figures and tables to the text of an article with their quality good enough for digitization.

All the necessary information about all the authors should be given along with the article: full name, degree / academic title, job, place of work (full name of the institution and department), postal address and e-mail, phone number (along with the dialing code).
After the article is reviewed it is sent to the authors for the further corrections accordingly to the remarks of the reviewers and science editor. The text corrected (with all the pictures, tables, brief summary and a picture for illustrated content) should be sent back to the editors in electronic format (Word 2003 or RTF) within 10 days.
Information on acceptance or rejection of an article is sent to authors via e-mail.
The materials not accepted for publication are not sent back to the authors.
Payments for article publication are not collected from authors who are not the citizens of the Russian Federation. Citizens of the Russian Federation can receive information on how to pay a publication following the link.
