Abstract
Experimental data on density and viscosity of the dextrane solutions in water, dimethyl sulfoxide and formamide are presented. Volume and viscosity characteristics of polysaccharides in the above-mentioned solvents have been calculated. The concentration dependence is discussed in terms of structural in polymer solutions.
