Abstract
Generalized flow equation is used for extrapolation of rheological data on the unknown intervals of shear rate for suspensions, solutions and polymer melts. It is shown that the use of different methods of calculating the sum of squared differences did not significantly affect the magnitude of the coefficients of rheological equation. The necessity of taking into account the possible plot of the Newtonian flow at low shear rates and a possible site of a «spurt of flow» at high shear rates is shown. The ways of building the main curve of viscosity in reduced coordinates and temperature-time superposition are shown.

Keywords: rheology, generalized flow model, approximation, extrapolation, suspensions, melts and polymer solutions, the master curve, temperature-time superposition
