Abstract
The plasticized polyvinylchloride films containing anisotropic azobenzenes and phenylbenzoates with terminal substituents, one of which was the 2,2-dicyanoethenyl fragment were obtained. It was found that the plasticized polyvinylchloride films modified by mesogens have better physical-mechanical characteristics than the films containing commercial stabilizer.
