Abstract The possibilities of molecular dynamics calculating methods to describe the interphase processes in some colloid systems like thin liquid films or capillaries are considered. Boundary lubrication layers or textile fibers are the examples of such systems. To estimate the degree of supramolecular self-organization in such systems is possible by using the orientation coefficient.
