Abstract
A review on liquid crystal display applications is presented. Devices with superior resolution, flexibility, thickness and other performances to make real the «immersiveness» concept are presented. New designs of touchscreen and rugged LCD are described. Very promising solutions were suggested in the innovation zone of the Symposium.
